Terms state: "11. External data: You may use data other than the competition data to develop and test your models and submissions. This includes datasets and pre-trained models. External data may be used only if it is public and allowed for commercial or research purposes without restrictions. "
Many datasets and pre-trained models are available under GPL. Are those considered "without restrictions" and *acceptable* or would all such datasets and pre-trained models be *unacceptable* for use in the competition?

GPL pre-trained models and/or datasets are not regarded as "unacceptable" with respect to the competition rules.
With that being said, we emphasize that it is the participants' responsibility to ensure they follow the competition rules and the datasets and packages licenses.
