Do you allow using GPL v3 pre-trained models in the competition?

Using GPL v3 pre-trained models are "acceptable" as long as it complies with the competition rules.
Please note that it is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the external data used complies with the conditions of the competition and that there is no violation of the dataset/pre-trained models license.
