I've met a bug when I submit to the Secondary environment .And I tried to solve this bug many times but I couldn't tackle this .It would be great if you are willing to help.
My submission is at 04/12/2023 15:48:24 named "test6.zip".What I am trying to do is simple . I return the sample prediction result for each frame. You could see it from line 130-143 . The reason why I do this is I want try if my model and config is compatible with this enviroment. However , it always report 'IndexError: list index out of range' error . Would you mind helping me with this?

We reviewed your submission, please ensure your prediction's structure is a list of 13 lists for a single frame, even when the output from the model is empty - meaning there aren't any detections.
