Happened to see this come across in the event_new_cargo list at time step 648:
CargoObservation(id=72, location=11, destination=8, weight=1, earliest_pickup_time=648, is_available=True, soft_deadline=380, hard_deadline=570)
Once it's released, it immediately counts as a missed cargo. Was this intentional?
