FYI, on https://airliftchallenge.com/chapters/main.html it says
Competition Phase Begins: Jan. 23rd, 2023, (participants score themselves against the public test scenarios). One submission allowed per day, seven per week.
However, the competition submit page in CodaLab allows three submissions per day. I don't want to be disqualified for my submission history violating the written rules.
