I notice in both test set and validation set there are some images with noisy, such as 07 file, No.12 image, the pink line in the right. Does the prediction in this region count in evaluation metric?

As long as there is Lidar ground-truth in those regions, they will count. It seems like those stripes are just lens flares, so I'm guessing the Lidar won't be affected.
