Training for phase 1

Start: Feb. 1, 2025, 6:30 p.m.

Description: (The timing is specified above in UTC) Training phase for Translation from English to an Indian language: During the training, create models (no pretrained models allowed) and submit results on validation data (val_data1.json). Your submission.zip contains a csv file. The name of the file should be "answer.csv" . It contains the predictions on the validation data (please refer to sample submission files), make sure the text-ids are exactly in same order as the validation/test file contains, otherwise you will get wrong scores. Also, when you unzip your submission file, you should directly see the csv file upon unzipping. Make sure you zip the file in this manner.

Testing for phase 1

Description: (The timing is specified above in UTC) Testing phase for Translation from English to an Indian language: During the testing, test your models on test_data1.json (to be provided later during phase-1) and submit the results.
