I have a question about the deadline for paper submission, which was stated as PT 7/28 at 11:59 pm. We are not familiar with Pacific Time (PT), and after attempting to convert this to our local time, we are finding various results which has led to some confusion.
Could you possibly inform us about how many days and hours remain until the deadline, based on the current time?

Pacific Standard Time (PT) is UTC-8: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC%E2%88%9208:00. There are ~39-40 hours left before the submission deadline.
