Dear Organizer ,
its been two days I can't submit one single zip file here, its saying "Failed, competition phase is being migrated, please try again in a few minutes". How many days it's need to solve this issue.
This is a problem for the entire codalab server: https://github.com/codalab/codalab-competitions/issues/3413
If you go to your codalab homepage you'll see it in red written on the top of the page, that they are working on the issue since August 11th.
