I have a question regarding the final day of submissions. The competition end date is listed as July 15, 2024, midnight UTC. Will we be able to make our 15th and final submission anytime between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC on July 15? Or does the competition actually end at 00:00 on July 15, meaning the last day for submissions would be July 14 and we have only 14 submissions total?

Actually due to this I was planning to upload my final result today, but it appears that the competition was not ending the 15 at midnight UTC but on the 14 at midnight UTC... Or is it again a problem with codalab ?
We also understood similarly since the number of maximum submissions for the challenge stage was 15.
