The approach adopted by the 2024 IEEE GRSS DFC Contest towards managing deadline errors, namely the postponement strategy, is deemed unacceptable by the participating teams. This approach not only undermines our legitimate interests but also disrupts the fairness of the competition. We urgently call upon the official staff to devise a more equitable and rational evaluation plan at their earliest convenience.
