I have found significant differences between the test phase leaderboard and the winners announcement (https://www.grss-ieee.org/community/technical-committees/winners-of-the-2025-ieee-grss-data-fusion-contest-all-weather-land-cover-and-building-damage-mapping/). The SOTA score dropped from 48 to 41 , and the 1st place winner ranked 10th in the test phase leaderboad. Can you explain why there is such a big change?
