Does 4T FLOPs refer to the total FLOPs for processing the entire 1x9x768x1536 tensor? Are overlaps and ensembling taken into account?

Yes, it refers to the total number of FLOPs for processing the entire tensor. Any methods you implement to process the resulting images will be taken into account.
