It is found that the Runtime needs to be submitted, but the M4 scale only measures the image quality. Does the final test phase need to demonstrate algorithm effectiveness?

Thanks for your question.
In the final test phase, we will run your algorithm in the docker on our GPU server. While the running time of your algorithm is not used for ranking, we limit the running time of each image to be within 5 minutes. To ensure your algorithm can run smoothly in our docker, we will release the docker image shortly for your development purpose.
