Hi, I requested to participate but my request has not been approved even after 3 days

The steps of registration:
(1) Create an account on Codalab
(2) Fill out this form in https://dfc.geovisearth.com/en/register?track=1. The username and email in this form should be the same as your codalab account.
(3) Register under the Participate tab.
The second step seems missing and please fill the form.
